Currently, our production operations haven’t been impacted by the spread of COVID-19. We’re monitoring the situation very closely, working with local authorities in affected regions and following the advice of the World Health Organisation. The welfare and health of our suppliers are a top priority for us. Should the authorities recommend taking additional action, we’ll be sure to follow their guidance.
We are still accepting orders and delivering as normal, with no delays currently being experienced. We will keep this section up to date if the situation changes.

We can’t always give a heads up about all product restocks as it’s always subject to change. However, we do have a back in stock function on selected product pages, so we can notify you when they will be coming back in.
If the ‘out of stock’ feature is not displaying on the product you are viewing, this unfortunately means it’s because that particular item is not currently being restocked. But do keep your eyes peeled, because we’ve got some great new stuff coming in all the time, so you can find a new favourite.
We will be restocking products daily during peak seasons including Christmas and Summer 2022.
We are based in the United Kingdom (UK), but offer international shipping on all of our products. Shipping costs internationally may incur additional fees such as taxes, duties or import fees; Please check with your local customs office prior to placing an order.
You will be able to check the shipping rate and delivery company once you proceed to checkout (that does not make you complete your purchase, nor will it charge you). After filling in the billing and shipping address information in the indicated fields, the page will give you the shipping charges. Fees vary depending on product size, weight and location.
- We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase.
- All products must be returned with original packaging intact and in original condition. Your refund will be pending until the item is returned and inspected.
- If you return the item, a refund or store credit excluding the original shipping fee will be issued.
- After the 30 day return window has elapsed, we are unable to process a return.
- We are not liable to refund orders where you have inputted the incorrect shipping address.
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:

Adding items to your order
If you notice the mistake within 1hr of placing your order, please get in touch with us and we will try our best to assist. After this period, due to the speed we dispatch orders, amendments are not possible and you’ll have to follow our returns policy.
We accept card payments via our payment gateway, Stripe from all mainstream cards including Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. We also offer the option to check-out via PayPal.
